General accommodation terms

Reservations are valid only upon written confirmation from our side.

 Our accommodation facility is designated as a quiet zone. We recommend it only for persons older than 12 years. Quiet hours in the buildings and outdoor areas of the facility are from 22:00 to 08:00. Rooms are typically available from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Alternate times can be arranged if needed. Check-in is until 18:00. In case of late arrival, please inform us by phone.

Accommodation with pets is not possible

Local Tourist Tax 

The city tax for Banská Štiavnica of 1 € per person per night is not included in the accommodation price. This fee is not applicable to children under 15 years of age.

Payment Methods

We accept payments only in cash. Payment by bank transfer is possible upon agreement. When renting the entire facility, a security deposit of 50% of the rental price is required in cash upon arrival. The deposit is refundable upon departure.

Cancellation Fees 

For cancellation of an individual reservation:

- Less than 14 days in advance - 30% of the price

- Less than 7 days in advance - 50% of the price

- Less than 24 hours in advance - 100% of the price

For cancellation of the reservation of the entire facility:

- Less than 30 days in advance - 30% of the price

- Less than 14 days in advance - 50% of the price

- Less than 7 days in advance - 100% of the calculated price

We do not provide individual accommodation for one night only. The minimum stay is two nights. In case of booking the entire facility, one-night accommodation can be arranged by mutual agreement.

The total maximum accommodation capacity in the main building is 14 people, and in the adjacent building, it is 8 people

Catering

By arrangement, it is possible to provide lunches through delivery services or to use food delivery services. A fully equipped kitchen is available for preparing your own meals

Smoking
We are non-smoking facility.

The accommodation price includes:

- Fully equipped kitchen in each building for self-catering.

- Internet in the common room.

- Skylink satellite TV in the common room and in most rooms.

- Parking at the facility

- Covered seating at each building with the option of a mobile grill

- Bicycle storage room

- Fire pits with seating

Upon agreement, it is possible to use:

- Finnish sauna and infrared sauna

-Outdoor hot tub with a view of the lake.
